Description of the Book:
 
"Essence Of Life" This title I had thought of way back in 1992, I was still at the college and very keen in many forms of art. Someday if I write a book I'll use this title, is what I used to say. Today I did. What is written down on a paper and a strong thought applied to it shall eventually come to pass - even if it takes three decades.

It is finally at my place Goa, our home, that I got the inspiration to compile and publish this book. Certainly just a humble beginning and many more to come eventually. The idea is to break "writers block" and make it happen. My wife is a key person who ensured I continue to pursue in all pursuits professional and creative works.

This compilation of my poems, conversations, rhymes and rap consists of many things a reader can take. Many a times we undervalue our own creative work and worth. We are unable to decide if it is publication worthy.

This book is my attempt to take the plunge and inspire others to do so. It’s not about how many copies will be sold or if I will win any accolades or awards. It is my way to thanking this truly satisfying and gratifying life of mine I lived and living. It’s a thank you note to you GOD. An amazing life YOU gave with no regrets ever.
