Description of the Book:
A reflection and piece to raise awareness surrounding men's health issues, such as, anxiety, depression, various cancers and men's suicide. An alarming rate of males make the decision to end their life prematurely. This needs to be addressed and spoken about about. Men's mental health is just as important as women's - emotions have no gender. There is no shame in struggling or facing challenges, there is no shame in asking for help when you need it or opening up to someone about what is going on in your life or in your mind.
Let's recognise all the great men in our lives and just be there for each other no matter what.

Author's Name: Lauren McFarlane About the Author: Lauren is young writer who has up until this book not shared any of her writing with anyone. Writing comes naturally to Lauren and she is always encouraging others to write, not only her students. As a secondary school teacher, Lauren is an extremely busy person, but believes there's so much to be said for the power of words and sharing those words with others. Through English lessons and life lessons, Lauren encourages others to write and share their writing and thought it was time to share her own. A true believer that our mental health is just as important (if not more) as our physical health, the words that Lauren presents in this book are advocating for mens mental health and breaking the stigma that surrounds it.
