Author's Name: Sooz Carroll About the Author: Sooz is a Registered Nurse and Midwife living in rural New South Wales, Australia, away from the big smoke, with her 5 children and so many animals she could probably open a zoo. She loves horses, AFL footy, bushwalking and travelling to new places. Her passion for writing began as a child, encouraged but never flourished. Sooz generally considers herself a prose writer, however she finds poetry an interesting tangent to her usual work. As a survivor of domestic violence, her resilience shines through in everything she writes.
