    About the Author: Kelly Lenihan is graduate of both the University of Leeds and Sheffield Hallam University scooping two respective First Class degrees in Sociology and Community Justice (Probation). Commencing her career in the Home Office in 2003 where she qualified as an award winning Probation Officer, Kelly has since held a plethora of client-facing roles where she has worked with the depth and breadth of the human condition witnessing recovery, resilience and growth in action. As a result of these experiences, Kelly remains fascinated by people- their stories of resilience, their courage in chaos and their hard-won victories. Such interests are reflected in Kelly's free time where she can often be found holding space for women in circles, watching performances with her children or attending various art exhibitions and events.
