About the Author: Shawna Daly was born in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia, PA. At age 20, Shawna spent the summer in the Alaskan wilderness building trails as part of a public land stewardship program. Since that time a decade ago, Shawna has been a steward in many National Parks, such as Mt. Rainier, Arches, Yosemite, Yellowstone, and Pinnacles. This is her first work of poetry.
