Author's Name: ONKARMAL KEDIA About the Author: Onkar Kedia is a retired officer of the Indian Information Service, one of the Central Civil Services. He has served a number of media organizations of the Union Ministry of Information & Broadcasting including All India Radio and Doordarshan. For several years, he was official spokesperson of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. He also served as Director, Central Vigilance Commission, Joint Secretary, Union Department of Sports, Special Director General, Sports Authority of India, Director General, Sports Authority of Assam and Member, Assam Real Estate Appellate Tribunal. Shri Kedia has been writing articles and literary pieces in Hindi and English for newspapers and blogs. He has authored five books including two collections of poems.
