Author's Name: Shruthi Karishma S About the Author: Shruthi Karishma S was born in 1990 in the historical city of Mysore, India. At a very young age, she was drawn towards mystery, nature and the creative arts. Her sense of wonder and curiosity only grew as she began writing and drawing. A Surgeon by profession, her creativity was a driving force and a therapy of sorts as she navigated the world of medicine. With a keen sense of empathy, she has learnt to connect the small and large aspects of the universe, learning important lessons along the way, which are a constant source of inspiration. In poetry, she discovered a mirror to herself, and found that, in quiet introspection all truths will be revealed. She encourages everyone to dive deep within oneself to access this ability to create- something she believes is truly nurturing in one's life.
