Much of the writing within seeks to capture a feeling. Most of the poems are inspired by the author's personal experiences and emotions. Within them may you find your own experience and emotion.
Some of the pieces were carefully crafted and edited multiple times. Some of them escaped before the author had much say. She didn't dare confront something so raw and violent with the threat of the delete button.
The author is not known for her refinement, in fact, she may intentionally resist it at all costs. She is a vehement proponent of finding beauty in imperfection, and that is represented in all of her work. This work is no different.
