Description of the Book:

How do you see yourself at age 50? What do you think about? How does it feel as you climb up that hill (turning 50)?

Coco's Diaries: Finding Fifty F*ng Poetic is a book of poetry and spoken word pieces filled with life anecdotes, comical satire, and addresses some real hard issues women may encounter as they transition to middle age. This rhythmically versed book emerged from a series of self-awareness poems the author has written, including one that was published in the anthology, “She Speaks,” by various poets, and others that have been performed on a spoken word album and in poetry cafés across the United States.

In this book, Adams, dives into her transition to age fifty and how she views it, poetically. It is raw and bold and was written with the intent of letting women see themselves through her words, inspiring others to be their authentic selves, and encouraging All to discover your truth and speak it, PROUD AND OUT LOUD!
