A poem is something that cannot be defined without oversimplifying it. A poem is a writers way of expressing the idea in a way that is subjective in nature. It is a feeling, an emotion expressed through ink on pages, in the best way of literature as possible.
From the great writer Emily Dickenson to our very own nightingale of India-Smt Sarojini Naidu have individually given a divine form to the poem. Though with every second the world is developing and changing, the value of the poem, irrespective of the era and language, have remained unchanged.
Conceptually, there is flow of idea that writing a poem is not a big deal. The truth is that the poem is a magical connection that takes place between the poet and the abstract world.
