About the Author: This is the first published poetry collection from Claudine Weeks, who has previously performed at City Voices poetry nights and the Purple Patch poetry festival in the West Midlands, and had work published in other collections over the years. She is mother to one son and three cats and lives in Hampshire on the south coast. She is a member of the Hampshire Writers Society and is currently studying for an MA in Creative Writing and Wellbeing. She is currently working on her next collection which will be examining women’s rights and experiences around the world in a fictional series of letters and communication to Emmeline Pankhurst.
