Description of the Book:
 
A Collection of Poems written throughout the Authors healing journey. Living a life filled with mental trauma, the author found refuge in expressing her feelings in the form of poetry. Through these poems, the author was able to express her trauma while also finding healing moments. She shares these poems now with hopes that it may help others out of their own darkness.
