This book is a collection of my thoughts on life, living with multiple chronic conditions, and managing my mental health through poetry. I have recently learned that, as humans, we are never truly alone, so I hope my words and raw honesty will bring you some comfort.

Author's Name: Danny Tidmarsh About the Author: I am a transgender male, and I am proud to say that I started socially transitioning when I was 14. I have always been a very empathetic person and have a sensitive soul. I am a young writer who believes writing is a beautiful art form. From a young age, I have always loved writing letters and used to have multiple pen pals. I have numerous chronic conditions and have suffered with my mental health from my early teenage years. Through no choice of my own during 2022, I had to learn to slow down and rest. I loved focusing on my fitness until the complications of having Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia stopped me in my tracks. I had a career working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities in acute hospital settings and the community.
