Description of the Book:
 
I have spilled my deepest fears, regrets, and dreams
onto any scrap of paper I could find, never brave enough to tell
the people closest to me what I was going through because the
pages of my notebooks could never tell me I was wrong, they
could never tell me I was too much or too sensitive. They could
never hurt me the way so many others did. Writing has been my
therapy since I learned how to string a sentence together.
