Oh, what a crying shame it is
To live through someone else's eyes
To know the sun will sink and rise
But the fear of seeing to simply hold you back

For it feels good to live through someone else
Who sees the sinking sun, everyday unique
But not without facing its wrath at its peak
For someone who sees the good can't just see the good

Oh, such is the beauty of seeing
That so much is left better unseen
You see or you don't, there's no in between
Though life just seems merrier when you don't
