Bear with Me' tells the story of an unnamed adolescent girl as she emerges into the real world while studying to obtain a post-secondary education. During an in-class exercise, she partners with a unique individual and develops an innocuous admiration at first. However, through ballads, free-verses, similes, metaphors, and other literary devices, this admiration progresses into a harrowing, unrequited romance led by self-sabotage, first, and self-awareness, second.
