Being someone who has a lot to say but an introvert with the ability to overthink is absurd but writing gives me the power to feel emotions, to make people understand better. When I started writing it became very obvious that it was the way I could verbally express and feel lighter. I was able to express what I was feeling or what others felt, what I could imagine and see when I put it to quotes, poems or even a few words.
