Description of the Book:
All that I see and I feel deeply, what moves and amuses me, all that I can or cannot touch, but makes a home in my heart; all of that or some of it, eventually becomes a lingering thought, an unforgettable memory or simply an emotion running so deep, that nothing feels right until my thoughts are on paper or in the notes. And that is why I write.
I lose sight of the world around me and I write, just to express, so that my mind can be liberated from the ongoing emotion or thought and a new one can occupy the space unapologetically. The soul waits too, to finally float, satiated with the fact that it’s out there now, not within anymore, out on the screen or the paper, in the form of words that were woven into a theme or a rhythm, most suitable to the soul’s need.
This is how I write, unleashing my mind of all the captured emotions and thoughts and that’s what you shall find in this book – may be a character or an emotion, glorified or simply stated as a fact that I came across once.
Each poem was written in a different setting with a different mindset and emotion. I hope I'm able to give justice to what I want to convey and hope that you relate to what I have tried my best to express, because hey, it's the layman version.
