This book is a running catalogue of all the thoughts you have when you're leaving a party, when you're waking up on a summer day and it feels like you've drunk too much summer, when you're heartbroken and still sort of mad but valiantly pretending to be neither. These poems are composed from snippets of words that echo through your head in all kinds of likely and unlikely circumstances, and all the moments of waiting that characterize in-between time.
