About the Author: Pooja Kanodia is a Psychologist serving in the area of Human Resource Development since 2006 across the age-gender spectrum of the society. She is active in education, business, social sector that focuses on growth, development and human resource building. She is also a co-founder of Aashay, a social organisation which works around children and women adhering to the prime need of holistic development in early years of life.
