Description of the Book:
 
This book is a collection of poems written and inspired by some moments of life. It might not be my life or your life on every page, but sometimes, on some days, some pages might speak to you. We see a lot, we do a lot, we feel a lot but sometimes we don't express that LOT. I am trying to explain my LOT. Light and Dark Are just two sides of nature. At least, that's what is being told. But nothing is ever only Light or only Dark! Everything is in between them. On some days, there is more Light and on some days you struggle with the Dark. But at the end of the day, you survive, you don't give up! And that is the story I am trying to tell through these poems of mine. In this book, I have tried portraying just different colors of life. My father, my anchor of life passed away in COVID giving me some shades of life that never imagined. So, I would like to dedicate this book to My father who never asked for anything. The grief was such that it can not be shared with any other medium. So, I restarted writing. In the beginning, it was mostly anger and frustration but afterward, I could do a little justice to my grief. So, it might seem like a little sad but this helped me get a better hold of my emotions. Everybody deals with loss differently. Everybody has their coping mechanisms. Everybody tries to get back to Normal... And after a while, they realize that there is no getting back to NORMAL. This is the new Normal, the new reality, your reality. The pain doesn't go away, you just gotta learn to live with it. With time, every scar must heal and we learn to live with cicatrix.
So, I am just opening some feelings here through Poems that I am trying for the first time in Hindi. Gujarati is my mother tongue. So, I have always written in Gujarati. But this time I am going out of my forte to try something new, create something unique and express something real...
