About the Author: Born on 18th May 1989 in Kolkata, Prateek Surana, a businessman by profession, is a passionate writer who also loves to sing, play various musical instruments and compose music. He is an alumni of Calcutta Boys' School and The Bhowanipore Education Society College. Though inconsistent, he has been sharing his poetry through his blog www.musicmansurana.blogspot.in and his musical compositions via his YouTube Channel since the year 2012. Prateek is an avid marksman and has also won the West Bengal State Rifle Shooting Championship in the year 2015 and had also gone on to represent West Bengal in the Eastern India Rifle Shooting Championship. In the year 2016, his first novel titled "Happy Holidays" had been published under Partridge India (A Penguin Random House Publication) and had been launched by the then Honorable Governor of West Bengal- His Excellency Shri Keshari Nath Tripathy at the Raj Bhawan, Kolkata.
